So what does it take to put the wow in your business?

Why not share with people the benefits of what you do, and what your clients get from working with you. You want your message to get a murmur of excitement rather than seeing people switch off.
• You can also be creative with your words. When you send a newsletter or write a blog, develop a wow headline rather than something that passes your clients by or is easy to ignore. Capture their attention, create intrigue or ask a question that they have been asking themselves or perhaps throw in a video blog like this one from time to time.
• When you tell people about you, don’t just tell people about your qualifications and experience, because quite honestly that’s not that important to them. People buy from people and they want to get to know the real you and the real reason why you do what you do, so share it.
