The difference that made the difference and free wealth dynamics profile
If you’ve read one of my books, you’ll know that I often talk about the difference that makes the difference.
I came across this when I wrote my first book The Secrets of Successful Coaches after completing my NLP Masters modelling project in 2009. I spent time with 11 successful coaches to find out what was the difference that made the difference between a coach who is successful in terms of their business success, and one who is not.
My journey over the last 9 years since starting out in business is to be the best I can be, learn from others along the way and share this learning with other people who also want to achieve this success.
What I’ve found out is that when you learn more about who you are, what you’re good at and play to your strengths, that can be the difference that makes the difference. It’s also something I talk about in my latest book, The Mouse That Roars.
One of the business development tools that helped me to fully appreciate my strengths and understand my weaknesses was Wealth Dynamics. I first came across it many years ago, but my profile was sat in a drawer for much of that time! Then last summer I was chatting with Sheryl Andrews who recently trained as an accredited flow consultant with Wealth Dynamics. The penny finally dropped as to how the information in the report was key to taking my business to the next level. We all need support. The challenge can be knowing what kind of support, who to ask, and when to ask them.
This tool, along with a debrief session, can help you develop a personalised strategy and understanding of your own pathway to wealth. In just 20 minutes you will receive a comprehensive report that will make sense of why perhaps you have struggled up to now and what you can do about it.
If you are interested in finding out how to tune into your full potential, get into flow, and do more of what you love and ditch the critic that says you can’t, then this tool is a great starting point.
There are 8 different profiles and my primary profile indicates that I am a ‘creator’. This means that I am great at creating things and coming up with new ideas (which is probably why I published two books in 2015!!).
One of my secondary profiles is the ‘star’ which means I am happy to stand on the stage training and shining the light on others, but if I spend too much time there I lose my energy. My other secondary profile is ‘mechanic’, which means I am great at improving and finishing things. I excel with structure and staying on track – something that helps both me and my clients.
Once I was consciously aware that I had these 3 positions I was able to consciously move into mechanic mode when I had to focus and complete. Now my strengths can show up as challenges too. Constantly being distracted can mean that I can lose focus or get stuck in wanting improve, which means I can take time to let go of things. This may be why it’s taken me so long to rebrand my business!
Understanding your profile makes it easier to understand what kind of support you need when it comes to outsourcing, and who is the best person to provide it. It helps when seeking out joint ventures, as you can work out who is more http://premier-pharmacy.com/product-category/gastrointestinal/ likely to work in harmony with you.
This is why I’ve partnered with Sheryl Andrews, the Strength and Solution Detective, for the ‘Manage your Critic‘ 21 day online programme that started Monday 11 January.
Sheryl’s strength is in selling and building relationships, motivating and inspiring others to take action. Her primary profile is ‘supporter’ and her secondary profiles are ‘star’ and ‘dealmaker’. Sheryl and I can share the stage as star when co–hosting events, and behind the scenes Sheryl enjoys picking the phone up and talking to people. She loves nothing more than making introductions that will ensure that others can do more of what they love, whilst I am quite happy doing the behind the scenes stuff.
Knowing the difference this tool has made to me and how much easier this knowledge made partnering and communicating with Sheryl, I am delighted to offer a complimentary report worth £75 to all of my clients who sign up in 2016.
I just know that it will make sense of what kind of planning style the person will need to plan their book and it will help them to create the right support team to make it happen.
That’s right … every client in 2016 – including my latest programme ‘Manage Your Critic’ and events coming up – will include this amazing business development tool. Those who know me well will know that I am always keen to give extra added value, so the opportunity to offer you this gift has made my day.
