Is my writing good enough?

Self-doubt. Imposter syndrome. Is my writing good enough?

These are all valid thoughts that come up when writing a book.

When you reach into your soul and share the things that are important to you, then it’s not surprising that you may agonize about telling your story.

And if you’ve gone through things in the past that still haunt you, then it can be difficult to share your message.

Today I’d like to share Carol’s story with you. As she is an amazing lady who has recently stepped up to inspire others.

After completing her PhD, she never thought that she’d have the confidence to write again. But in the midst of the pandemic, she decided that it was time to write her book.

With the headspace to reflect on a challenging experience, she realised that it could be a good outage to reflect on her feelings, and to educate and inspire those who are on a similar journey.

She started the Smart Author System because she wanted to find a route to writing a book that was methodical, planned and simple to follow.

The experience has been cathartic

The process has been cathartic as she has drawn on her own experiences to inspire others who have been through something similar.

Her book, The Tenacious Student has now been completed and will be published this summer.

She recently said to me “I would most definitely recommend that anyone who may be considering writing their first book to join the Smart Author System. There is so much valuable information that you wouldn’t otherwise know or even consider.

I have learned that I am stronger than I thought, that I know more than I give myself credit for, and that I have a lot to offer in the wider scheme of life.”

This is what’s coming up soon and how we can work together.

I hope you found this story useful. If you’d like to chat with me about how you can get help in any of these areas, please arrange a call.
